Step 1: Need Identification

We listen to our clients to identify the real need that they are trying to address. We speak and understand layman language. Through discussion with client we identify the real problem and undertake site visit to get a hang of the on-ground situation and requirement

Step 2: Solution Design

Based on our understanding of the client needs (Said and Unsaid) and our AV expertise, we design an optimal solution which caters to the clients need in the given budget range. Each product, solution or technology is carefully selected keeping in mind the specific objective that we want to accomplish

Step 3: Client Consultation & Approval

Once an initial design is ready, we follow a consultative Client approach. The design is shared with the client and his inputs are incorporated in the Design. The final solution is a result of multiple iterations with the client. The final design/ solution is then sent to client for final approval

Step 4: Custom Installation

Once the design is approved, we procure the material and installation begins. We liaison with the client and provide them guidance regarding the preparatory work needed prior to installation. Our team of well-trained engineers and technicians undertake the installation in a very professional way. We use hi-tech equipment and machinery required to do the installation. We ensure that the solution is deployed in the most efficient and effective way. It is rigorously tested before handing it over to the client

Step 5: Training

Once the system is installed, the client is provided with the complete handover of the system. All necessary documents including Operating Manuals, connection diagrams are provided to the client for future reference.

Step 6: Continuous Support

We also provide post-sales support required for smooth functioning of the installed system. We understand that the customer needs the system to be running efficiently even after the handover is made. We also undertake the annual maintenance contract if the client wishes us to manage the whole system. We ensure that we are there along with the client during the entire life cycle of the project.
